What is 8 Weeks to Wellness?

The purpose of 8WW is to change the face of healthcare in America by shifting the focus from sickness care and placing it on wellness care.

The point of 8WW is to help individuals to set the right actions in motion to create the desired effect – maximum health.  The program begins by providing participants new knowledge about their health and wellness.  Armed with better knowledge, participants can begin to make great choices.  Better choices lead to the body’s improved function.  And, better body function leads participants to optimal health!

8WW began in 2003 as a lifestyle management program combining seven key elements:
